Manual
Step 1 :
Put the mouthguard in your mouth and in the right direction (before putting it in hot water), the logo must be on the right side.
2nd step :
Boil water and put it in a container
Step 3:
Immerse it in the container for 40/45 seconds
Step 4:
Remove the mouthguard from the water and place it in the correct direction on your lower teeth (note the logo)
Use a mirror to see that your teeth are correctly between the stabilizers (in the U of the mouthguard)
Close your jaw on the mouthguard and push your tongue over the front teeth, passing it between your teeth for 5 seconds (see video)
Step 5:
Remove it, check that the imprints of your teeth are on the mouthguard (on both sides), if this is the case, put your 6DS in a glass of cold water for 3 seconds.
Please allow between 5 to 7 days of continuous use for the mouthguard to adapt perfectly to your jaw.
