How do we fill our Strongman Throwing Bag?
Each bag is shipped empty. You will be able to customize the weight and choose the filling material yourself.
You can fill it with up to 35 kg.
Easy to fill… we recommend using dry sand, It will allow you to fill the bag to full capacity, or even a little more. Remember to level the sand from time to time during filling.
If you use other materials to fill the bag, You could get a lighter or heavier weight.
Our bags will wear out after good and loyal service! Caution: do not use near sharp objects.
Caution: Do not use on abrasive surfaces, as this may damage the product. Our bags are not pre-filled.
