Remember to take the measurement with your stomach pulled in (while bracing): This is the key to effective protection during your movements.
How to do bracing:
Take a flexible measuring tape.
Place it around your waist, at the level of your navel.
Pull in your stomach (as if you were going to put on a belt).
Take the measurement, and refer to the size guide in centimeters.
By following this method, you ensure that you choose a suitable size which will guarantee you the best support and performance during your workouts.
