📦 Exchanges & Returns
Timeframe: 14 days for a refund | Up to 30 days for a credit note.
1. The quick method (3 steps)
✍️ Fill it out: Note your name, order number, and if you want a Exchange or a Refund.
📦 Prepare your package: Return the item in its original packaging exactly as you received it (intact and complete), then drag the form into it.
=> Send it to us by email (contact@warrior-gear.eu) the tracking number and the form so that we can process the return even faster
=> Lever belt? Return the lever to its original position or in its original packaging for the return to be processed.
🚨 Item return conditions
All items shipped by us leave our warehouses in new, clean, unstained condition, and carefully folded and packaged. We require the same level of care from you for any returns.
To be accepted, each product must be returned strictly in new condition, clean and properly folded in its original packaging.
The following will not be accepted for exchange or refund:
- Items showing signs of use, soiling or stains (deodorant, makeup, pet hair, odors, etc.).
- Items returned damaged, crumpled, "in a ball" or placed loose in the package.
If the return is refused due to non-compliance with these conditions, the product will not be refunded or exchanged. It will remain available for collection at our warehouse, and its reshipment to your address will be entirely at your expense.

🛡️ Refund Rules & Timeframes
Up to 14 days after receipt: Refund or Exchange.
From the 15th to the 30th day: Reimbursement in the form of voucher (valid for 1 year).
After 30 days: No more returns accepted.
