If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then collect your package from your local post office, within 15 days.

With Colissimo Point Retrait you have several collection methods to choose from to collect your package
– At the Post Office , you can choose the establishment to which you wish to have it delivered (without first visiting your postman at home) among the 9,500 post offices available everywhere in mainland France.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

– in Pickup relay , you can choose one of the 16,000 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, place of work or vacation, to which you wish to have it delivered
