📏 Size Guide ⚠️

Our new figure-eight straps have been adjusted to offer better support. Choosing the right size depends on your wrist circumference, but also on how you use your straps.

✅ Recommended method: straps on the outer sides of the hands

We recommend positioning the straps on the outside of each hand, on the disc side, in order to maintain a direct grip on the bar while benefiting from excellent support.

For this use, measure the circumference of your wrist using a tape measure (or a piece of string which you will then measure with a ruler).

🤏 Small size: up to and including wrist circumference of 17.5 cm.

💪 Classic Size: wrist circumference greater than 17.5 cm.

Important : If your wrist measures exactly 17.5 cm, choose the Small size.

🔥 Advanced method: straps placed in the hand

Some experienced practitioners, particularly in strongman, prefer to position the straps in the grip area in order to hold the bar with your fingertips, rather than with a classic full-hand grip.

For this particular technique, We recommend the size Small in order to achieve a shorter fit.

⚠️ This technique is for experienced practitioners only. Ensure the straps can be properly positioned without excessive wrist compression and test their placement with a light load before attempting any heavy loads.

The major flaw of many figure-eight straps on the market is their length: often too long, they leave a gap between the wrist and the bar. As a result, the weight "hangs" at the fingertips, artificially lengthening the range of motion of your deadlift and reducing your mechanical leverage.

🔗 The Figure 8 design: absolute safety for Strongman and Powerlifting

Unlike traditional tow straps that need to be wound several times, the figure-eight strap works like a closed loop:

You pass your wrist through the first loop.

You pass the strap under the bar.

You pass your wrist through the second loop.

The result? You and the bar become one. Even if your fingers open during exertion, the strap holds the weight. It's the ultimate accessory for.. extremely heavy deadlifts, the work on Axle Bar (thick bar), or Strongman events such as the Car Deadlift or the Farmer's Walk.

Caution: Due to this total locking mechanism, they should not be used on weightlifting movements (snatch, clean) where it is necessary to be able to release the bar in an emergency.
