Made of the same material as the Pro knee wraps, so the firmness can be adjusted to your preference. The rubber adhesive on the inside makes them easy to wrap. The Velcro is incredibly strong; when tightened very firmly, they feel like they could support an elephant! However, you shouldn't linger on an exercise because blood circulation to the hands is restricted; personally, I experience a tingling sensation that makes me worry about my grip strength.
