These conditions are aimed at a consumer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all orders that you place on this site.

We do everything possible to satisfy you. On this site, we present to you all the essential characteristics of the goods. We will pay attention to the comments you send us/

The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions, etc.) come from information given by the manufacturers.

These general conditions are presented in French.

We are not subject to any particular professional rules.

1 The different steps to follow for concluding the contract online

1.1 Order

You make your selection by browsing the pages of our site. Your selections are added to your cart when you click “Add to Cart”. At any time while browsing our site, you can validate your order by clicking on “validate my order”.

1.2 Validation of the contract

When you click on “validate my order”, a confirmation message appears. It summarizes all the products and options selected.

You must check all the information transmitted in this order form, and in particular all the elements useful for delivery (delivery address, digital code, telephone numbers, etc.)

If you do not need to modify the form, then you must read these conditions. If you accept them, you must check the box “I have read the general conditions of sale and I accept them without reservation”.

To continue your order, you must click on “pay for my order”.

You have the choice of three payment methods:

- By credit card

- Wire Transfer

– By Paypal

Orders made by bank transfer will only be sent after the money has been collected in our account to avoid any fraud.

After payment on our secure server (see “payment”), an acknowledgment of receipt is displayed. It confirms the registration of your order and informs you that an electronic confirmation message will be sent to you as soon as possible.

We may refuse/cancel an order where the items are not in stock, or if an order appears abnormal. You will then be reimbursed in this case.

1.3 Technical means of identifying and correcting errors

 You have the right at any time to identify and correct any errors made when entering your data. When you notice an error after the conclusion of the contract, you must contact us (“contact” section)

Warrior-Gear.eu will not be held responsible for errors in the delivery address in the event that you have made one or more errors in your address. Return/re-shipment costs will be your responsibility.

  1. 2. Conditions of archiving and access to the contract

We will archive contracts, purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium.

You have the right to communicate these documents for orders of an amount greater than or equal to €120.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods with the contract, in matters of hidden defects, we will reimburse you, repair or exchange any product apparently defective, damaged or damaged or which does not correspond to your order.

You must keep your purchase invoice to be able to benefit from an exchange of a defective product.

We do everything possible to satisfy you. We are responsible for the proper execution of these general conditions. However, our liability cannot be incurred due to a fortuitous event, a case of force majeure, the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract or due to the non-compliance of the product with foreign legislation in the event of delivery to a country other than France.

 

  1. 4. Delivery times, costs and terms 

4.1 Delivery terms 

We will deliver the products to you at the address indicated in the order form.

 

4.2 Delivery time

As an indication, we will deliver to you by the carrier Mondial Relay (D+3 working on average – between D+2 and D+8) in Metropolitan France.
We are not responsible for Mondial Relay delays.
No reimbursement of delivery costs is therefore applicable.

As an indication, we will deliver to you by the carrier La Poste in Colissimo (D+2 announced by La Poste) in Metropolitan France.
We are not responsible for La Poste delays.
No reimbursement of delivery costs is therefore applicable.

D+5 to D+15 in other countries for La Poste are indicative. All products in stock will be posted to you the day after your order.

In the event of a delay in delivery, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and we will offer you a new date. 

If an order contains multiple products and one of those products is out of stock, we will wait until we have all the products before sending them to you.

4.3 Delivery costs

Delivery costs are your responsibility depending on the total weight of your order
Other prices apply for other countries and France outside mainland France (they are automatically calculated by the site when ordering).

4.4 Delivery tracking 

Each order has a delivery number which will be communicated to you. You will therefore be able to track your order using the email you will receive;

5. The price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including tax. They do not include shipping and handling costs for your order.  

If you request delivery outside French territory, your order may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties when it arrives at its destination.

Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and we invite you to inquire with the competent authorities in your country. You must also check the possibilities of importing or using the products you order from us in the country of destination.

 

6. Payment terms and security means

We collect your payment when concluding the contract online. Each order will be sent after receipt of payment.

With PayPal your financial information is never communicated to Warrior-gear.Eu. Indeed, PayPal encrypts and protects your card number. Pay online by simply providing your email address and password.

Wire Transfer.

By cheque.

 

  1. 6. Satisfied or refunded: terms of exercising the right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, within 14 days of receipt of your product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not have to provide reasons or pay a penalty. With the exception of return costs, which remain your responsibility, we will reimburse you in full for the sums paid no later than 30 days following your withdrawal. Note that your product must be returned in its original condition. Shipping costs for sending the package are not refunded.

In accordance with legal provisions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order, according to the consumer's particular specifications or on audio, video or computer software recordings unsealed by the customer.

  1. 7. The duration of the contract and validity of the price. 

Product prices are in Euros VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI. 

Our offers of goods and prices are valid if they appear online on the site on the day of the order

  1. 8. Applicable legislation/Competent jurisdiction 

These conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute on substance or form, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

  1. 10. Personal information

We collect your personal information for the management of your orders and the monitoring of our commercial relations. They may be retransmitted to our partners exclusively for the execution of your orders, in accordance with these general conditions.

7. In case of return of the package (after storage at DPD, post office, Mondial Relay)

In the event that you have not collected your package at a DPD relay point or Post Office.
Your package will be returned to us after 7 days (at DPD) and 15 days (at the Post Office) of storage with the delivery person, when we receive it, we will refund your order EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS and it will be canceled.
You will need to reorder for Warrior Powerlifting Gear to ship your package again.
Please note that we are charged for the return costs to our warehouse.

8. Return of packages after exchange.

We would favor returns by Mondial Relay when possible because choosing Mondial Relay means limiting the environmental impact of its packages and supporting the local economy.
