Bags are shipped empty, which allows you to customize the weight by filling them up to 35 kg, preferably with dry sand for maximum capacity.

How to fill our Strongman Throwing Bag?
Each bag is shipped empty. You can customize the weight and choose the filling material yourself.
You can fill it up to 35 KG.
Easy to fill…we recommend using dry sand, it will fill the bag to full capacity, or even a little more. Remember to level the sand from time to time during filling.
If you use other materials to fill the bag, you might get a lighter or heavier weight.
Our bags will wear out after good and loyal service! Be careful not to use near sharp objects.
Caution: Do not use on abrasive surfaces as this may damage the product. Our bags are not pre-filled.
